Refund policy

Returns
BUBBART is happy to give a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely to prevent damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.

BUBBART reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will kindly organize a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item, in this case, though we cannot pay the postage/courier charge either way. We will do everything to help you with returns and swaps, but in all cases, these will be at the discretion of the company.

Unfortunately we do not replace damaged items or product discrepancies after 14 days of delivery.
