I’m in an eternal love with the so-called “ideal landscape” genre that was popularized by Nicolas Poussin, Claude Lorrain and I think mastered by Karoly Marko sr.

Beside this evergreen genre I always intend to depict everything the most realistic way possible. Briefly I'd say I profess the old values of art, when its first goal was to delight by view- though there's also something personally narrative hidden on my canvas every time.

Watch your custom painting take shape with any of the following personalised parameters: a place that holds special memories, a landscape theme, a family portrait, a pet portrait, etc.
THE COMMISSION PROCESS
Head to the contact page and register your interest.
Through email we discuss your idea and if you have, you send me photos. Then (also in case the whole composition is my task for example an ideal landscape) for a symbolic amount of money I create a few sketches to choose from.
Once the design is chosen, we agree about the size and price. I take 40% deposit and start painting.
During the process I keep you updated with photos since the completion can take several months depending on the design.
When finished, I send you photos of the painting and after the final payment I ship the painting.
Comissioned works under no circumstances are sold as any kind of prints.
